All staff have conflict management, and most have fire & first aid training after the 16 weeks probation. All staff vetted 10 years and have a CRB.
Security Officers
All uniformed Security Officers are fully trained to Level II in Security or Door Supervision, and are in two-way radio communication with our 24-hour control complex.
High levels of supervision, and constant updating of skills are a priority of our management teams, ensureing ongoing high quality services to our clients.
Mobile CCTV Patrols
Officers perform random but regular external patrols of your premises to ensure that they remain secure when unoccupied, or during the hours of darkness when staff may be working in an isolated environment.
Signs of damage or attempted break-in will be reported and premises made ‘safe’ with the Officer remaining on site until the client’s representative and police arrive.
Community Patrols
Community Patrol Officers perform random but regular street patrols to deter groups or youths, break-in and to provide a presence in the community, the officers will make foot/bike patrols and record all information and pass on to the police and the local council, and the use of CCTV to use in court.
The extremely small cost of becoming a member of Community Patrol from just £2.00 per week per household-is easily huge benefits to both the indivdual householder and the neighbourhood as a whole.

Flood Patrols / Flood Watch & Flood Protection Products
Flood Watch is a service that TNG Security provide via our Community Protection Patrols, we can protect your property before floods, dureing floods, after floods and also provide a clean up service. Officers will help you move your goods up to a high point away from flood water and stay with your property through out the flood, this service stops local theifs stealing your items, as they know that water will effect your alarms and try and gain entry.
We also provide pre-patrols before floods so we can alert the correct services that waters are riseing or roads are flooding, and a service dureing floods to keep away yobish groups that take advantage of the issue.
